buffet @ Suki

Met up with Shin Yee, Coreen and Janice for my belated birthday meal =)We went to Suki for buffet and ate real full. Haha~ They kept my present in the box for keeping the chopsticks.

At first didn't suspect much about the black plastic bag (present) as I thought maybe is supposed to be there or what. Later when we going to finish the meal, Janice called my name, like trying to say something to me, but didn't say anything.

As for that Coreen, she kept saying, 5.40pm ah.. Erm... 5.45pm lah.. When time's up, Janice called my name again, but this time round, she finally said something. They asked me to look around me to see if anything is not supposed to be there, are there at that place. So I tried to look around. They told is quite obvious, and so..

*ding* I remembered the black plastic bag! I picked it up and was asked to open on the spot. So happy and surprised to see a HANDCUFF necklace. Yes! That's what I've always wanted to buy.

Happy Birthday (to me)!

Haha~ It's my birthday today! Wa~ Unbelievable! Time really flies. I still remember when I was in primary school, how I hope I can turn into an adult as soon as possible. Why? Freedom! That's what I was thinking at that time. Still remember when I was in primary school, I was wondering when will I be taking my PSLE. Just when I entered secondary school, I was wondering how long would 4 years be in order to complete my O Levels. As usual, when in polytechnic, I would count down to the days when I would graduate.

See! Now I've officially graduated but I don't feel any excitement or happiness at all. Still figuring which route I should take in order to have a good life in the future. What's more, I'm one year older today! Omg! 1 year nearer to join the group of Senior Citizens. Haha~ Well, gotta admit that I'm getting on with ages (unwillingly). Wahaha~

Okie! Birthday wishes for this year. Erm... Gotta be a bit greedy this time round as there seems to be a lot of things or thoughts to be done or figure out:

1. Get accepted into uni/granted ACCA Scholarship successfully. If not, get a good job (friendly colleagues and enjoyable working environment) with a good pay.
2. To successfully lose some weight for next CNY. Haha~
3. Family and friends live happily and with good health. (very important; same wish every year)
4. Everything will proceed smoothly throughout the whole of this year. =)
5. Get a good temp job.

Yup. Think that's about all. Haha~ Too greedy? No choice!

B'day Celebration @ Settlers' Cafe for Janice

Last Wednesday was Janice's 20th birthday and we planned to celebrate on Saturday. Which means, last Saturday, we had our celebration! We ganged up and bluff Janice that Shin Yee wanna go Chinatown to buy bak kwa. Instead of alighting at Chinatown, we alighted at Clark Quake and Shin Yee bluff her by saying that it's nearer to alight at Clark Quake and walk to that "bak kwa shop". Haha~

Without much effort, we managed to bluff her through. In the end, we ended up at Settlers' Cafe! Haha~ For those who might not know, that cafe is a place whereby you can have your meal and also, play some board games. Quite a fun place to go if you don't know where to go after eating, you might want to go there to settle your meal, as well as activities. =)

When it comes to ordering of food, Shin Yee bluff us that the "bak kwa" in this cafe is very good. (I know she's bluffing lah) Then, Janice and Coreen were searching the menu, just for that "bak kwa". Haha~ So cute, ain't they? =)

After the meal, just when Janice went to the washroom, we were like deciding how to give Janice her present. Guess what? We decided to stuff it into her bag. As she had went to the washroom for quite a while, Coreen stuff the present into her bag, panicky as we scared that Janice might come out any time. After she came out of the washroom, Shin Yee and I walked real front, out of the cafe, leaving Coreen behind. Haha~ We ran, leaving them behind us. We so bad right? Should have ran together with Coreen. Coz we did something sneakily and don't want to be questioned. Haha~ I'm referring to the present. Haha~

Coreen asked me how's the present (the present is a book on Gundam models, hoping is something like graphic book, with a lot of coloured pictures inside, so my answer is that: initially I was quite "high" but towards the end, it gets a bit dull. Haha~

We didn't told Janice what's the present (which was being wrapped) yet, and we bluff her is a porno book. Haha~ She didn't believe us, thus I replied that way when Coreen asked me about the book. "High" refers to colourful, and "dull" refers to black and white. Only Shin Yee and Coreen knew what I'm talking about, not Janice. Haha~ I even said that I nearly had a nose bleed after reading the book. Haha~ I think at that point in time, Janice started to get worried that it's really a porno book. Haha~

After which, we went to shop a while, taking some photos. Then Shin Yee left us, and we decided to go to a place which I've forgotten the name. We were like tourists, walking to a place we've never been before. Thus, we went to the MRT station to look at the map for direction. After walking for quite a while, we finally reached the destination. That place got quite a number of shops relating to Animation. And that's the purpose of our visit there. Haha~

Had a wonderful day! Haha~ Oh ya, Janice suggested bringing Buddy (Hwei Ling) you to the Settlers' Cafe. I think it's quite a good idea too. What you think? =)

Just viewed my exam results just now and feeling down now. My GPA dropped again for this last semester! In another words, making it harder for me to enter uni. ARGH!!

Don't know what to say now... Just.. Disappointment, sad, frustrated, angry (with myself), lose of hope etc... Just too much to be described.

lame?

Went to shop for friend(s)' birthday present yesterday. We spent like 2 hours in that shop, just to decide what to buy. Haha~

Can't decide if were to get that as present (can't reveal yet as haven't pass to this friend of mine), thus we decided to call up a friend and ask for opinion. In the end, we decided to get that as present and that's how we spent the 2 hours in the shop. Look as though we wanted to shoplift like that, "loitering" in that shop. -_________-

After which, went to SSDC to book for my Advance Theory test, as well as to make payment. Thought of settling this test in March, in the end, the best date I can get is in May. When I checked the website for the dates on Sunday, at first there is placing on 24 May, thus decided to book that date yesterday (Monday). Shocked that there's no more placing left for that day, so can only choose 31 May. Wa~ End of May man.

Wanted to start a blog for my nephew, but haven't really started. Wanted to look for nice nice blog skin or create a blog skin myself (which I'm going to learn first) and do up a nice blog for him. This blog, in the future, will be sharing with his sibling. I guessed is a baby girl this time round. So happy =) Haha~

Oh ya! Remembered that I wanted to post some lame questions here. There you go:
1. Why are alphabets pronounced as they are? Who "created" these pronunciations and the alphabets writing?
2. How does this world exist? As in, who created the first human on earth? Who created dinosaurs? Who created apes (since it's said human are evolved from ape)?
3. Why do people think the way they are thinking? What's really on their mind? Really hope to read all people's mind and know their thoughts.

Yup, above are some questions that I'll ask myself when I've got nothing better to do. Lame? Haha~ I think there are far more questions which I can't think of now. I'll just list down the next time if I got some more lame questions. Hehe~

hooorrraaay!

Hooray! Completed my last paper today. Exams declared OVER! Feel so "light" now; no burdens, worries (not grade, but the questions coming out and if I'll know how to do not), etc. Feeling so GREAT NOW!!

Sad to say, I'm not very happy with my last paper. I didn't know how to do a lot of the questions, almost like 20%-30% unknown. Omg! Wonder what kind of grade I'll get for this paper. B+? B? C+? C? Don't wanna think about it anymore. Or should I say, I'm trying not to think about it. Who to blame? Me lor... Totally in holidays mood after the second last paper. No mood study for last paper at all. In the end, cannot do many questions lor. Haix.. =(

Anyway, it's over. No use brooding over it since already handed up the paper for marking. Will see how "good" I've done for my last lap bahx. Hope will be of a good grade man.

Programs from tomorrow onwards? Erm... Nope... Waiting for people to "jio" me. Haha.. Feel like having a good rest before start looking for job. But, my agent had called and said that he'll keep a look out for me (he already called 2 days before the start of my exam) Haha.. I told him I wanna rest for 2-3 weeks first. =P

Present plan is... becoming a FULL-TIME baby-sitter! Haha~

Think will post some of the stupid questions in my next entry. People, please try to clear my doubts, OK? Thanks. =)

2 more papers left!

Finally left with 2 papers, namely CMFI and MA. Wondering how am I going to study these 2 modules, especially CMFI whereby I've not done much for the tutorials. Always there for answers, that's all. Now, I don't even understand what the topics all about, how am I going to do well in this module? Hmm.. Good question, right?

As for MA, calculations I can say is not a big problem to a lot of us. The most difficult part for this exam is how to score for theory questions. The theory can be like 9 marks lah. I always die at answering theory questions. Not that I totally don't know, it's a matter of phrasing and structuring you answers, must be relevant etc. For me, sometimes I'll left out some points here and there, resulting in loss of marks lah. ARGH! Really hate theory questions man.

After all the 4 "trials" (exams I mean), I'll get to enjoy myself for about 2 weeks or so before the "verdict" (results) is out. The verdict date, tentatively is 19 March 2008. Hope I won't get a shock bah, that's all. At least Bs, can? Sigh.
